They're fed. They're alive. Lower the bar and deal the cards
Players 3–10 moms (or emotionally damaged honorary moms, aunties or gal pals that get it)
Objective
The first player to 12 “Survival Points” by creating the funniest response combinations.
How a Round Works
-
One player becomes The Overstimulated Mom (judge). She will draw a random card from the Crisis Pile.
-
All other players draw 6 Insanity (or response cards) and 2 Meltdown Cards
-
The Overstimulated Mom reads her Crisis card aloud.
-
Everyone secretly submits an Insanity Card downward facing
-
The Overstimulated Mom will then read the answers dramatically.
-
The OM chooses her favorite answer and winner wins 1 Survival Point.
-
Game play can be interrupted at any time with one of three Meltdown Cards
-
Once a round is complete, players pickup another Meltdown Card so they always have six Meltdown cards in their hand.
-
Each player is also allowed one Mom truth at any point in the game. During Mom Truth a player may tell a REAL motherhood story instead of playing a card.
If anyone laughs audibly at the truth, she gets 2 points because reality is worse than fiction. -
First to 12 survival points wins and is declared:
“Least Likely to Snap in a Target”
